Shipping policy

Micropothecary ships all orders from Auburn, Alabama.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–7 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $45

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Micropothecary is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@micropothecary.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

PO BOXES & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.
